Below you will find helpful information about our Christmas and New Year activities and events for 2025.

What date do your Christmas decorations go up?
Our Christmas decorations will be up by end of November.

If I can’t get there because of inclement weather?
Unless Coldra Court Hotel is forced to close due to the inclement weather, we will not be able to refund or transfer bookings.

Can you offer transport?
We provide complimentary shuttle transfers between 6pm and 1am to guests staying overnight at Tŷ Newport or Coldra Court Hotel and attending a Christmas party night at Celtic Manor Resort or ICC Wales.

Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes, all of our carparks are chargeable. View charges here.

How do I order a taxi?
Taxis can be booked from the main reception desk.

Can you send me a Christmas brochure?
We do not have a printed Christmas Brochure. All information relating to festive stays, dining and party nights can be found on our website.

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?
Please notify us in advance of any dietary requirements, otherwise our team will do their best to accommodate any requests on the day.

I don’t like the menu. Can you provide something else?
Whilst we will make every effort to cater for all dietary requirements, we are unable to provide alternatives to the set menu outside of those requirements.

Can I see the special dietary menu?
Menus are available to view on our website.

How do I reduce the number of people in my party?
Please contact the events team on 01633 410252 to reduce the numbers within your party. Please note that all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

What are your payment terms?
Unless otherwise stated, no deposit is required at the time of booking. Your credit card details will be retained as a guarantee up until the dining date.

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?

£10 per person non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, with full balance due 6 weeks prior.

Can I book Christmas lunch if I am not a hotel guest?
Yes, visitors and hotel guests can book online here.

Can I visit the Coldra Court Hotel on Christmas Day if I am not a hotel guest?
Our hotel is open on Christmas Day to those who have a pre-booked reservation for either lunch or accommodation.

Will Santa be visiting on Christmas Day?

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?
Please provide us with any dietary requirements at least 48 hours before your booking, with Halal requests requiring minimum 72 hours notice.

Whilst we will make every effort to cater for all dietary requirements, we are unable to provide alternatives to the set menu outside of those requirements.

How do I book Accommodation? Is there a discount?
Party night bedroom rates are available on our website. Please book online using the promotion code PARTYNT25. Subject to availability.

What are your payment terms?
Full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. We are not able to provisionally hold places at any of our parties, and we cannot accept part payments.

Will we be sat together?
We will do our best to sit large groups as close together as possible however this cannot be guaranteed and depends on the set up of the event.

Will we be joined with another group?
All of our party nights take place on tables of 10. Smaller groups may be joined to form one large table.

What is the dress code?
Please refer to our Christmas Party Night page for all details on the dress code.

Can I purchase drink tokens?
Drinks can be pre-ordered at a discount online here.

Can I visit to see the venue before I book my party night?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate site visits or show arounds of the venues prior to booking.

Can you send me an email with all the information on a party night in?

I don’t drink. Will there be non-alcoholic options available?
Yes, we will provide a non-alcoholic alternative.

Will we be joined with another group?
We will not be joining tables on New Year’s Eve.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their requirements. Some of our venues have limited disabled access. If you require assistance, please inform us beforehand. If we cannot accommodate the requirements at your chosen event, we will endeavour to arrange an alternative venue.
