Meat-lovers should make the most the chance to share The Rib’s Favourites Platter – including The Rib’s hot wings, southern fried calamari and slow cooked beef brisket croquettes. Alternatively, fans of flavoursome cuts of steak can tackle a Cote De Boeuf Steak – mouth-watering by just the mere mention!
